Job Description
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders in the operational system, allocating and pricing stock.
  2. They will also be required to issue loading instructions to packing operations in line with the customer PO.
  3. Working closely with in-house logistics team to ensure orders are loaded according to PO.
  4. Assist the sales team in tracking sales data and generating exception reports.
  5. Ensure timely order processing and delivery, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. Retailer Reconciliation of accounts update and maintain.
  8. Sending out availability and follow-up of Sales orders with buyers.
  9. Create invoices and statements after loading and distributing to customers.
  10. Follow up on payments and allocate funds received in line with agreed terms.
  11. Update volumes shipped against those agreed and report on these both internally and externally.
