Job Title: Strategic Academic Programme Manager
At CTU Career Chatz, we seek an accomplished Strategic Academic Programme Manager to lead our academic department with professionalism and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management for the Academic Department to ensure high-quality teaching, effective resource utilization, and improved student learning outcomes.
- Ensure the CTU vision is shared, understood, and effectively implemented.
- Develop and facilitate quality assurance processes for programme and module content.
- Monitor and improve the quality of learning materials, assessments, and moderation.
- Collaborate with Faculty Heads and management teams to provide feedback and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to education.
- Innovate and suggest new teaching models to address future education needs.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ph.D. degree or industry certifications are an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven.
- Leadership qualities, adaptable, and conflict management skills.
Computer Literacy:
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and internet services.
Special Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAQA, ETQAs, and QCTO processes.
- Understanding of HE and curriculum development.
