About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels, including email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for sharing your knowledge of luxury fashion, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with other teams to address customer concerns and contribute to service improvements. We are looking for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, has excellent language skills, and can multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice to Swedish-speaking customers via email, chat, and social media.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Share your expertise on luxury fashion trends, collections, and products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Order Management: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage returns with efficiency.
