Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage the director's diary and a team of engineers to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Office Organization: Maintain a productive office environment by organizing daily tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with government officials, clients, and stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships.
- HR Support: Handle HR-related duties including staff leave management and reporting supervision when required.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to engineering projects, including generating invoices using the XERO platform (training provided).
- A bright, energetic, and practical individual with 5 years of experience in an office environment.
- High proficiency in communication and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- An ability to maintain a professional, confident, and presentable demeanor at all times.
- BASIC understanding of accounting practices, with prior experience on the XERO platform advantageous but not required.
- A stimulating work environment with opportunities for further training and development.
- A negotiable remuneration package based on experience and qualifications, estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum.
