At Initiate International, we're seeking a seasoned CRM Manager to spearhead our customer engagement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive player retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to enhance player engagement and retention across various channels.
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and messaging to performance tracking and optimization.
- Craft personalized customer journeys using behavioral data and insights to create tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and data to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics like player lifetime value (LTV), churn, and reactivation rates.
- Manage loyalty programs, VIP initiatives, and promotional campaigns to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including responsible gaming protocols.
- Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce, Optimove, or similar tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices in player engagement.
- 3-5 years of CRM experience in sports betting or online gaming.
- Expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
- Proven success in boosting customer engagement and retention metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and industry regulations.
