Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media terminology and major platforms, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have experience in budgeting and operational excellence within marketing or agency teams, and be proficient in project management software.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  1. Implement and refine internal production systems and processes.
  2. Manage and track all jobs in the system efficiently.
  3. Set and coordinate timelines, ensuring all production schedules are met.
  4. Report on the status of jobs and ensure critical deadlines are adhered to.
  5. Oversee workflow and approvals processes to maintain efficiency.
  6. Ensure quality control and content reviews before assets are delivered.
  7. Support the account manager with client communication, ensuring smooth asset handovers.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  9. Prepare and source content, including copy and images, for layouts.
  10. Manage editorial budgets and track expenditure.
  11. Organise and participate in planning and client status meetings.
  12. Process invoices and manage administrative tasks.
