Job Title: Sales Territory Developer

About the Role

This dynamic position involves developing and managing sales territories, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure timely sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the installation or automotive industries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow sales territory revenue.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and delivering outstanding service to customers.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other initiatives to expand the customer base.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the installation or automotive industries.
  • Strong key account management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • No criminal record or disciplinary issues.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your overall well-being and career development.
