Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Business Partner to join our team at HR Genie. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Bronkhorstspruit/Pretoria East territory.
Key Responsibilities- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales revenue growth, ensuring timely and efficient servicing of existing customers.
- Customer Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers, providing them with solutions that meet their needs.
- Territory Development: Expand our customer base within the designated territory through strategic networking and cold calling.
- Payment Collections: Effectively manage payment collections and credit control processes to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with Afrikaans speaking being an added advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial in understanding customer needs and developing targeted sales strategies.
- Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a relevant industry, with key account management experience being advantageous.
- Education: Matric or equivalent qualification is required, with a valid driver's license and South African citizenship also essential.
The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the national average salary for a Customer Business Partner in Pretoria.
