Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Sales Development Manager to join our team in Gauteng, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the sales turnover.
  2. Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying relevant customer needs, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customers' needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor project progress closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial) as well as inspecting painting progress to ensure project completion on time and obtain optimum coating performance.
  4. Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun is specified for projects, thus creating sales opportunities for the company.
  5. Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used to achieve sales budget.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced PC literacy skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Afrikaans languages.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
