**Job Overview**

This is a skilled position that requires an individual to effectively plan, implement, and manage Skills Development and Employment Equity processes for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison with SETA's, conducting training needs analysis, applications for discretionary grants, compilation and submission of WSP/ATR to relevant SETA's, conducting skills development meetings and compiling minutes, assisting with company SETA registrations, verification and registration of learners, Inter-SETA transfers, and ensuring the alignment of skills planning to overall business strategies of clients.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Skill Development: Liaise with SETAs, conduct training needs analysis, apply for discretionary grants, compile and submit WSP/ATR to relevant SETAs, conduct skills development meetings, assist with company SETA registrations, verify and register learners, facilitate Inter-SETA transfers, and ensure alignment with client business strategies.
  • Employment Equity: Conduct EE analysis and Plans, monitor implementation, draft committee meeting minutes, submit EEA2/EEA4 annually, manage labour inspections on behalf of clients, and align Employment Equity with B-BBBEE and/or Skills Development requirements.

**Key Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Skills Development and Employment Equity compliance;
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle;
  • Critical skills: Project management/planning and organizing, high proficiency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good timekeeping, decisive thinking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of computer operations and programs (Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel).

A competitive salary is offered, estimated at R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
