Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at The Recruitment Council. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and providing expert advice on employee benefits and retirement funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and consult on client portfolios
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Provide advice and excellent client service
  • Manage service providers and adhere to PSG standard operating procedures
  • Prepare and conduct member presentations
  • Conduct risk and retirement re-brokes
  • Manage monthly reconciliations
  • Provide ongoing feedback to clients
  • Arrange MANCO meetings and perform secretarial services
Requirements:
  • Matric and NQF Level 6 and/or CFP qualifications
  • 5 years experience in the Employee Benefits industry
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Problem solving, analysis, and negotiating skills
  • Flexibility
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
