We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Consultant to join our team at Status Staffing. As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of claims, minimizing claims expenses, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure appropriate minimization of claims and claims expenses
- Contribute to minimization of general expenses
- Communicate accurately, timeously, professionally, and relevantly with stakeholders
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Administer complete claims process according to defined claims procedures
- Assess claims validity and estimate value
- Act as intermediary between insurer and client
- Ensure productivity targets are met
- Contribute towards and ensure continuous improvement in own and team performance
- 3 years commercial claims experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
- CIMS - advantageous
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- RE5 – NON NEGOTIABLE
- FAIS compliant (credits and/or full qualification)
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
