The salary range for this position is R353,616 - R416,018 per annum.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business development specialist to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business development services to micro and small enterprises, including business advisory services, business diagnostics, and implementation of interventions and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business advisory services to micro and small enterprises to help them grow and develop their businesses.
- Conduct business diagnostics using relevant tools to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies to support the growth and development of micro and small enterprises.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a matric certificate and a diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. You should also have at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner.
You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, analytical skills, time management skills, goal-oriented mindset, and planning and organizing skills. You should also have financial and business acumen, decision-making skills, project management skills, and customer orientation.
