R 800,000 - R 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Group Lead: Total Reward to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing cyclical total reward processes, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Design and execute cyclical total reward processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage and update the CCBA sales incentive program to align with sales targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and market alignment activities to maintain salary competitiveness.
  • Provide advisory support for total reward topics in bargaining unit negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in total reward management, with a focus on PaySpace and reward systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex total reward processes with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to support strategic decisions.
