About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our services to private hospitals and establishing strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell our services to private hospitals and conduct presentations to prospective clients.
  • Establish the clients' needs and advise on the benefits of utilizing our services.
  • Draw up quotes in conjunction with our internal teams and present them to clients for negotiation.
  • Follow up on all visits and quotes to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Promote our company to all staff who are not already registered with us.
  • Liaise with our operational staff to address logistical issues related to efficient service delivery.
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback reports on sales activity in the field.
  • Obtain competitor information and submit it to our management team for further investigation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales.
  • A strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal stakeholders and key clients.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
