Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead profit-driven sales strategies to achieve targets in alignment with the Managing Directors goals.

  3. Negotiate successful sales agreements with clients, leveraging expert negotiation skills to close deals.
  4. Bolster client relationships through effective communication, service, and relationship management.
  5. Maintain compliance with market regulations in all sales and export activities.
  6. Conduct regular travel to designated markets (every 6 weeks) to meet clients, explore business development opportunities, and maintain relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales, particularly for export markets.
  • Experience in export trading, with a solid understanding of related logistics.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to interpret financial figures.
  • Initiative and adaptability to handle diverse customer demands.
  • Ability to focus on the big picture while managing essential details effectively.
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
