Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment / HC Recruit. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including visitor logs and correspondence.
  • Ensure office security by monitoring access and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Take and relay messages promptly and accurately, and provide information about the organization as needed.
  • Verify beneficiary bank details as per instructions from Wage Manager or Corporate Financial Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Syspro or similar ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong problem-solving ability and professionalism.
