- Frank all outgoing mail items

**Delivery of Medical Aid Claims**
- Weekly delivery of claims to Discovery Health
- List delivery in delivery book
- Obtain times and signatures from Discovery Health as proof of delivery

**Ad Hoc Duties**
- Comply with any legal request as delegated by on-site Facilities Manager. This may include but will not be limited to
- Pay company telephone accounts
- Renew vehicle licenses for company owned vehicles
- Deliver and collect company owned vehicle for services

**Manage contents of Pigeon Holes**
- Contents of pigeonholes to be mailed or delivered to customers if not collected by close of business every Thursday of every week

**Key Skills and Experience**
