Industrial and Organisational Psychology Professor/Senior Lecturer Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conducting and publishing research within the disciplines of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, and Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate teaching and learning of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, and Human Resources at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct and publish research in accredited journals.
- Supervise postgraduate students (Honours and Masters).
- Co-ordinate postgraduate programmes.
- Provide academic administration and academic leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human Resource Management.
RequirementsTo be considered for appointment, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human Resource Management.
- Have experience in facilitating training within industry or lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Have published articles in accredited journals and presented research papers at conferences.
- Have a track record of successful research supervision and examination of postgraduate students.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
