We are seeking a skilled Sub-Contractor to support our food safety services in KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments at scheduled sites to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Visit scheduled audit sites to assess site conditions and determine the level of compliance or non-compliance.
  2. Conduct site assessments and sampling in accordance with global SOP policies and procedures.
  3. Issue and prepare accurate assessment reports after assessment visits.
  4. Support the development of corrective action plans and monitor their implementation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree/diploma in food science, quality or a related major.
  • Food safety-related training or auditor qualification training is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
