This will involve supervising staff, controlling allocated areas, and ensuring that all duties are performed correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with our set standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Guest Satisfaction : Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, providing personalized attention and responding to their needs promptly.
  2. Revenue and Profitability : Manage food and beverage sales, achieving high revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
  3. Menu Excellence : Develop and implement new menu concepts, working closely with our chef to create dishes that delight our guests.
  4. Service Quality : Lead by example, demonstrating excellent service standards and empowering your team to do the same.

Requirements :

  1. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment.
  2. Prior experience in food and beverage operations, including knowledge of culinary arts, food trends, and beverage service.
  3. Supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role is typically necessary.
  4. Knowledge of Micros point of sale system and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
