  • Manage materials and resources to optimize production efficiency
  • Maintain machines and equipment in good working condition, minimizing downtime
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely job completion
  • Act as a point of contact for customers to resolve queries or provide innovative solutions
  • Perform quality control checks before dispatching jobs
  • Assist with external contractors as needed
  • Ensure all machinery is serviced and maintained according to manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within the production area
  • Oversee the health and safety of team members, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 3+ years management/supervisory experience
  • 3+ years previous signage experience
  • Geographical knowledge
  • Able to work shifts

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 3+ years technical knowledge on printing and finishing
