Senior Sales Executive for Premium Products

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty and Cosmetics Retail Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with retailers, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Accountabilities- Drive sales growth and market share through effective sales planning and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and internal teams
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on luxury beauty and cosmetics
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
