Our prominent client in the Freight Logistics Industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to add a New Business Sales Executive to their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule new business appointments to drive sales growth.
  • Cold call to identify potential customers and expand the customer base.
  • Achieve individual targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers to increase revenue.
  • Sell full supply chain products, including Freight, International, and Warehousing services.
  • Establish customer needs, develop opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Update weekly call reports and daily Salesforce updates to track progress.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients to secure new business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification and/or experience is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years' corporate sales record is required, with 5 years for senior positions.
  • The candidate must have worked for reputable corporates.
  • A proven track record of meeting targets is essential.
  • Industry experience is advantageous, particularly in the understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International, and Warehousing products).
  • Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level is required.
  • A valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transport are necessary.
