Responsibilities
  • Sell parts to customers over the phone or via email, ensuring that you understand their requirements and provide them with accurate information.
  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner, following company procedures to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Develop a strong understanding of mechanical repairs and be able to advise customers on the parts needed to complete repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the diesel engine industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work after hours when required.
