At Neptune, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Brackenfell. As a key member of our mobility department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the mobility department, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, documents, and other materials as required.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of R250,000 - R350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • A degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
