We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management and commercial operations.
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies per customer to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.
- Manage customer relationships to build trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management.
- Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognised University.
- Proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
