We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management and commercial operations.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies per customer to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.
  2. Manage customer relationships to build trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  5. Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management.
  • Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognised University.
  • Proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
