Responsibilities:

Cleaning of Offices

  • Clean the front door glass, inside and outside daily, as well as the welcome carpet
  • Vacuuming the carpets downstairs and upstairs
  • Empty all the small table bins daily
  • Check and remove all dirty cups/dishes in the Sales and Reception area
  • Clean all meeting rooms (carpets, tables, blinds)
  • Clean the entertainment room (windows, carpet, tables and chairs)
  • Dust/wipe all office blinds and windowsills
  • Mop floors and stairs
  • Clean the stairs railing
  • Clean the office and meeting room glass doors
  • Clean office windows when required
  • Clean the Directors office
  • Clean unoccupied desks
  • Spot Cleaning (carpets/walls/windows)

Cleaning of Kitchens (x2)

  • Clean the downstairs and upstairs kitchens and wash & dry the dishes twice a day.
  • Wash and return customer coffee cups and spoons to the coffee stations
  • Refill coffee, tea and sugar containers
  • Sweeping and mopping the floors
  • Cleaning the canteen tables
  • Check and report any breakages
  • Emptying the trash
  • Cleaning the microwaves
  • Wiping the counters
  • Cleaning the Fridges

Cleaning of Toilets (x6)

  • Sweeping and mopping the floors
  • Empty all toilet bins
  • Wipe/wash toilet seats, urinals, toilet handles/buttons and basins
  • Check and replace toilet paper and hand towel rolls
  • Check hand soap and advise management when it is finished

Reporting

  • Report non-working fixtures within 24 hours
  • Report breakages (chipped, cracked or broken dishes)
  • Report any cleaning materials needed 48 hours in advance
  • Daily checklists to be completed
