The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Senior Leaders and their teams. This includes coordinating meetings, managing SharePoint permissions, assisting with procurement and travel arrangements, compiling Exco reporting dashboards, and other related tasks.
This role requires 3-4 years of experience in supporting senior leaders and their teams in the management of the office and providing business support and office administration. Experience in running the operational aspects of an Executive office, including logistics, procurement processes, technology support (i.e., SharePoint access, library permissions, Teams support) would be required.
Key Requirements:
- Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in executive support and office administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
