Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize company files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office activities such as ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and answering phone calls.
  • Manage and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • Knowledge of global policy issues is an asset.
