Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Smith Garb & Associates.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize company files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office activities such as ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and answering phone calls.

Requirements
