Sales Representative Role
Responsible for managing sales activities in assigned accounts or regions, ensuring consistent delivery of quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Identify customer needs, initiate contact, and negotiate product and service sales to achieve targets.
- Sales Administration: Forecast and monitor sales performance, regularly evaluating and adjusting targets as needed.
- Relationship Management and Marketing: Establish customer relationships, agree on financing terms, and maintain open communication to ensure continuous supply of products and services.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Grade 12 mathematics, tertiary sales, and chemical or related qualifications.
- A minimum of 4 years' practical sales experience in the composites or a related industry.
- A track record of successful sales performance.
