- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Identify product improvements or the introduction of new products by keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor and marketplace activities.
- Manage and coordinate participation in trade shows, conventions, and associated events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
- Ability to conduct cold calling and presentations.

- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel are critical requirements for this position.
