At Callforce Direct, we are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our international sales team. The successful candidate will provide top-notch support to our global customers, possessing strong English communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $$45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
