About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead our recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent to drive business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels (social media, professional networks, internal platforms, LinkedIn, Pnet, and recruitment agencies) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Draft compelling job advertisements and incorporate our EVP to entice top talent.
  • Screening and Selection: Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and match them with job requirements. Conduct phone screening to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, salary expectations, etc.
  • Interview Coordination and Evaluation: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient candidate engagement. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and suitability based on established selection criteria.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate job offer negotiations, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, assessments, and reference checks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • A Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Certification is highly desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this position is R1,200,000 - R1,500,000, depending on experience. This figure may vary based on factors such as location and industry standards. We are committed to providing competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees.
