This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Insurance Manager to take on a challenging role in our new branch in Rustenburg.

The main purpose of this job is to handle the financial aspects of vehicle transactions from Sales Executives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over the financial aspects of vehicle transactions from the Sales Team
  • Submit applications to banks and manage finance applications to maximize profitability for the dealer
  • Explain offerings and recommend products to meet clients' needs, providing advice to make informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulations affecting the used-vehicle and finance departments
  • Process and complete applications and paperwork accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • Motivated and confident individual with excellent managerial skills
  • Assertive and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills
  • Fully FAIS Compliant with a minimum RE 5 qualification and preferably a B. Com degree from a reputable institution
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
