Business Expansion Representative

About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our Africa direct sales team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
You will work closely with the regional sales team to maximize revenue opportunities and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to customer care.
Key responsibilities include retaining and growing key services within the existing customer base, owning the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory.
You will also prepare and maintain an effective portfolio management plan, documenting key goals for individual customers in relation to sales, marketing, and customer service activities to meet strategic financial and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Development: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
- Value Proposition Positioning: Owning the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory.
- Portfolio Management: Preparing and maintaining an effective portfolio management plan.
