Job Title: IN-HOUSE TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IN-HOUSE TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT to join our dynamic corporate services team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and acquiring exceptional talent for our company, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer the full recruitment process, including workforce planning, advertising, headhunting, and leading opportunities via universities and events.
  • Develop and implement a robust and sustainable candidate sourcing strategy and methodology.
  • Run programs related to employment branding and talent attraction.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and other candidate sourcing channels.
  • Build a talent pipeline and referral network.
  • Run graduate recruitment and internship initiatives.
  • Administer the company's career portal and recruitment database.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best-fit people processes as part of the HR team.
  • Maintain records, develop analytics, and report on recruitment trends and data.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of stable and proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience gained within a small to medium-sized scaling corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt a recruitment strategy combined with resourceful sourcing skills.
  • Registration as a Psychometrist would be advantageous.
  • High levels of proficiency with MS Office and systems.
  • A good understanding of South Africa labour legislation.
  • Prove negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
