About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at KingMakers. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings to offer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings and ensure they align with our company's standards and branding.
  • Oversee the hiring workflow, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, collecting documents, and moving candidates through the recruitment funnel.
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate and complete on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews, as well as ensure interviewer feedback is updated on the ATS.
  • Provide timely and effective feedback to candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Utilize reporting and metrics functions to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • SOURCE and research profiles that match our hiring needs using various channels, including job boards, job posts, and professional networks.
  • Attend recruitment-related events, such as meetups and job fairs, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all hires adhere to local laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and the latest tools and technologies in the recruiting space.
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process in a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between multiple roles within KingMakers.
  • A passion for data and numbers, with a strong analytical mindset.
