We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PikUniq. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and ensuring seamless client integration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role within a startup or new company environment
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and onboard clients, including a track record of successful client conversions
  • Proficiency in sourcing potential candidates and matching them to client specifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
