You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement outbound sales campaigns, manage sales leads, and integrate AI solutions to optimise sales processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, sales/revenue operations experience, and AI knowledge to the table, as well as extensive experience with CRM systems and sales tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  2. Managing sales leads from multiple sources, ensuring accurate tracking, nurturing, and reporting within the CRM system.
  3. Collaborating with our teams to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that streamline sales workflows and enhance customer experiences.
  4. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions based on your analysis of sales data.

In terms of qualifications, we're looking for someone who has:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • A solid understanding of AI applications in sales, including experience with AI tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superb communication skills, with a talent for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
