Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Matric Certificate: A minimum of a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
- Computer Literacy: The ability to work proficiently with computers and CRM systems is essential for this position.
- CRM Experience: Previous experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a must-have for this role.
- Sales Confidence: A high level of sales confidence is required to excel in this position.
- Languages: Fluency in Afrikaans and English is necessary for effective communication with clients.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
Benefits
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, including:
R5 080 per month: A basic salary of R5 080 per month, commensurate with the industry standard.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be offered to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
