Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational activities specific to operations
• Develop operational strategies to meet organizational goals
• Work closely with the operations team, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support departmental heads in decision making for continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to increase profitability
• Create a motivating environment for staff
• Ensure services meet customer expectations and monitor KPIs
• Perform human resource functions for organization staff
• Chair monthly management meetings, staff meetings, and weekly hit-list meetings

Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in operations management or a related field
