Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group SA (Pty) Ltd. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for validating and administering client claims following a fortuitous event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and administer client claims in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and claims guidelines.
  • Make claims settlement determinations based on the specialist's mandate and the client's policy schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements and maintain a track-record of working unsupervised.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple claims simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate – essential.
  • RE – highly advantageous.
  • Higher Certificate in Short term Insurance -NQF 5 or Full Qualification NQF 4 – highly advantageous.
  • Must be compliant with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements with track-record of working unsupervised.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working on the TIAL Operating System (System A) – highly advantageous.
  • Experience in non-motor claims– preferred, but not essential.
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience where customer service forms an intrinsic part of the role.
  • Work experience within a licensed insurer – highly advantageous.
  • Work experience with Brokers – Pre-requisite.
  • Effective time management skills required: the ability to function and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
