Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance metrics and report on key findings
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • MATRIC/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification from SAQA
  • Regulatory Exam 5 certification
  • Relevant FAIS qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in claims management or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements
