Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Client Support Specialist to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for fulfilling various administrative and support duties within a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for networks and billers, providing support across various business development and sales functions. This role requires quick turnaround times and a willingness to assist with various tasks impacting client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Onboard new billers, ensuring that workflow and system requirements are met (this includes completing documents, performing compliance and KYC checks, and uploading all supporting information)
  • Identify the correct onboarding process for each biller and direct accordingly
  • Manage various portals and inboxes, ensuring compliance with specifications for applications
  • Elevate any issues to the customer relations manager when necessary
  • Update biller details on the Onboarding and Integration workflow system
  • Perform compliance checks on billers requesting changes to their current profile
  • Forward relevant documentation to the Accounts department for sign-off
  • Assist with preparing tender files according to company standards for tenders
