Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Network Engineer L3 to join our team at Dimension Data. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
  • Incident Management: Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
  • Support and Escalation: Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls, and investigate third-line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.
  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite technical support to clients and provide field engineering services to clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct monthly random review of incidents and service requests, analyze, and recommend improvement in quality.
  • Communication: Provide continuous feedback to clients and affected parties and update all systems and/or portals as prescribed by NTT.
Requirements
  • Education: Advanced degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • Certifications: Up-to-date and relevant ITIL certification, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Routing and Switching (CCIE-R/S), Cisco Certified Network Professional - Wireless (CCNP-W), and other relevant certifications.
  • Experience: Solid experience required in an engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization, experience with both Cisco ACI and ISE deployments, and excellent working knowledge of ITIL processes.
