We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support, manage emails and diaries, and coordinate resources for the CEO. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating templates and documentation, organizing business and private travel arrangements, and communicating with internal and external clients.
This role requires someone who is proactive, independent, and adaptable. You will have a high level of focus and be able to apply logical thinking when problems arise. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' executive secretarial and/or administrative support experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial, or similar field
- Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience (non-negotiable)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Able to work longer hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment
