About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: As the primary point of contact, you will ensure clear, professional communication with clients via email, phone, and other channels, utilizing strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  2. Document & Permit Management: You will gather and manage necessary permits and documents from clients to facilitate smooth processing of shipments.
  3. Booking Arrangements: Assist clients with air and sea freight bookings, coordinating logistics to meet client specifications.
  4. Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, offering effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and meet client requirements.
  6. Reporting & Updates: Keep clients informed about shipment status, bookings, and updates.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within freight & logistics.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM system experience beneficial.
  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and provide timely solutions.
