Italian Speaking Customer Service and Sales Ambassador

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian speaking customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Italian and English languages.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Italian and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
**Requirements**
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
